Independent Review Committee
The Independent Review Committee (IRC) for Manulife Mutual Funds has regulatory obligations governed by the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 81-107 for Investment Funds. One of the requirements is the publication of an annual report to securityholders that describes the committee and its activities for the year.
